Troubleshooting

Product arrived damaged or with missing parts

Contact customer support immediately with details of the damage or missing parts. Provide photos if possible.

Firepit not igniting or functioning correctly

Check gas tank connection, ensure the igniter is clear, and verify that the gas is turned on. Refer to the firepit's specific operating instructions. Check for gas leaks.

Rattan appears faded or damaged

While PE rattan is durable, prolonged extreme sun exposure can cause fading. Protect the set with furniture covers or store it during harsh weather seasons. Minor damage can sometimes be repaired with rattan repair kits.
