Troubleshooting
Product does not match expected appearance.
Each stool is unique due to the nature of reclaimed wood. Variations in color and grain are expected and are part of its character. The product received will differ from images due to these natural variations.
Surface feels slightly rough.
The 'reclaimed wood' nature means the surface might have minor imperfections. This is normal for this type of material. For a smoother finish, very light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper may be attempted, but this could alter the aesthetic.
Storage compartment is difficult to open/close.
Ensure there are no obstructions. If the lid is stiff, it may require gentle wiggling. Over time and with use, it may loosen.
