How to use: Use after brushing, between meals and before rinsing. Break off approximately 50cm of tape and wind most of it around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving a short working section. Gently slide the tape between the teeth using a back and forth motion. Curve the tape into a C-shape against the side of each tooth and move it gently up and down to remove plaque and debris above and below the gum line. Use a fresh section of tape for each tooth.
