The Chameleon - Big Potato Ltd

The Chameleon requires a minimum of 3 players to play.

If the Chameleon is correctly identified, the other players win. If the Chameleon escapes detection, the Chameleon wins.

The secret word is on the card dealt to each player. Everyone except the Chameleon sees the word.

A typical game of The Chameleon lasts about 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of players.

The game is designed for 3-8 players. Playing with more players may diminish the game experience.

You can find more word lists online, or create your own to customize the game.

The Chameleon should use context clues and what others are saying to try to blend in with their word.

Review the rules together before starting the game. Use the rule sheet provided in the game box, or look up online resources for clarification.

Encourage the Chameleon to be more subtle in their word choice. Remind players that the goal is to deceive, not be immediately caught.

Introduce house rules to change up gameplay, such as adding a time limit or restricting word choices. Use a different word list.
