FAQs

Are the tools for assembly included?

The wardrobe comes with the necessary hardware; however, you will need to provide your own basic tools such as a screwdriver and a hammer.

Can this wardrobe hold heavy coats?

The hanging rail is designed for standard clothing. We recommend distributing the weight evenly to avoid bowing the rail.

Is the finish on the sides also high gloss?

No, the sides feature a matt finish, while the doors are the high gloss component.

What are the exact internal dimensions?

The unit is 76cm wide externally. Please allow for the thickness of the frame when calculating internal clearance for coat hangers.

Does it come with a warranty?

Please check your purchase receipt or retailer documents for the specific warranty period provided for this product.

Troubleshooting

Doors are not closing flush

Adjust the hinge screws to realign the doors. Consult the assembly manual for instructions on adjusting the horizontal and vertical hinge positions.

Wardrobe feels unstable

Ensure all cam-locks are tightened fully and confirm the unit is attached to the wall using the included wall-mounting hardware.

Surface marks or fingerprints

Wipe the surface with a clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Do not use furniture polish as it can dull the high-gloss shine.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly: The unit is supplied flat-packed. You will need a screwdriver and a mallet to complete assembly. It is highly recommended to assemble the unit on a flat, carpeted surface to prevent scratching the high-gloss panels. Always anchor the unit to the wall using the provided brackets to ensure stability.

Compatibility: The white high-gloss finish is highly versatile and pairs well with neutral or monochromatic interior palettes. Its size makes it suitable for tight corners or alongside existing modular furniture.

Care: To maintain the finish, avoid using abrasive cleaning pads or harsh chemical sprays. Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth with a mild soap solution if necessary. Ensure the wardrobe is not placed in direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent potential yellowing of the white finish over many years.
