Product Information
Full details
The Cloud b Tranquil Turtle is a versatile sleep aid designed for infants and children, combining a plush toy with a soothing light and sound projector. It excels at creating a calming nursery environment through its signature ocean-wave projections and integrated white noise, making it a reliable companion for sleep routines; however, the 23-minute auto shut-off timer means it is not intended to run continuously throughout the entire night.

FAQs
Does the turtle stay on all night?
No, it features a 23-minute auto shut-off timer to ensure darkness and silence, which helps promote natural sleep cycles.
Can I wash the turtle in the washing machine?
No. Due to the sensitive electronic projector and internal battery, the turtle should only be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth.
How do I charge the Tranquil Turtle?
The device uses a USB-C charging port. You can connect it to any standard USB power adapter or computer port.
How does the cry sensor work?
The sensor listens for sound levels consistent with a baby crying or stirring and automatically reactivates the last used light and sound settings.
Are the light and sound settings adjustable?
Yes, you can choose from four different audio tracks, six volume levels, and multiple brightness settings.
Troubleshooting
The device will not turn on.
Ensure the internal battery is fully charged via the USB-C port. Check the cable for damage.
The projection appears dim.
Adjust the brightness settings on the control panel or ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
Cry sensor is not activating.
Verify that the sensor mode is enabled in the settings and the device is within range of the baby's noises.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Integrated cry sensor helps automate settling routines
- Eco-friendly USB-C rechargeable power source
- Soft, plush construction makes it a cuddly daytime companion
- Adjustable settings provide flexibility for different sleep environments
Cons
- Fixed 23-minute timer cannot be adjusted for longer durations
- Requires manual reactivation if the child wakes up after the cycle ends
- Plush surface requires careful cleaning compared to hard-shell projectors
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Before initial use, connect the unit to a USB-C charging cable until the indicator shows a full charge. Once powered, use the buttons located on the shell of the turtle to cycle through audio tracks and brightness levels.
Compatibility: The unit is designed for use in most nursery environments. Ensure the surface is stable and level to prevent the turtle from tipping, which could distort the light projection.
Care: The plastic shell can be wiped down with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust. Because the turtle includes electronic components and an internal battery, the plush exterior is spot-clean only. Do not submerge the unit in water or place it in a washing machine, as this will damage the internal projector and circuitry.
