They are designed to fit most standard work trouser knee pad pockets, though the trim-to-fit design allows you to customize them for specific pocket shapes.
It is recommended to remove the pads before washing your trousers. Wipe the pads with a damp cloth to clean them.
They are made from high-elastic EVA foam, known for its pressure absorption and long-lasting durability.
The articulated side with the contours should be placed against your knee to allow for natural movement.
Yes, they are engineered for heavy-duty use in professional environments including construction, plumbing, and flooring.
Ensure the pocket is not over-sized; if so, consider stitching the pocket opening slightly or checking if the insert needs a more precise trim.
Verify the orientation of the pad to ensure the thicker cushioning is aligned with the patella and the articulated grooves are facing the knee.
To achieve the best results, insert the pads into your work trousers' knee pockets with the curved side facing your knee. If the pads are too large for your specific garment, use a sharp pair of heavy-duty scissors to carefully trim the edges of the EVA foam until they fit snugly within the pocket.
Regarding care, the EVA material is inherently water-resistant and easy to maintain. Simply remove the pads from your trousers before washing the garments, and wipe the pads down with a damp cloth to remove any dust or debris accumulated during work. Keep them away from extreme heat sources to preserve the structural integrity of the foam.
