Full details
This VidaXL Pleated Blind in Grey with a Geometric pattern is designed for homeowners seeking to enhance their living spaces with both style and practicality. It offers a balanced level of privacy and sun protection without fully darkening a room, making it ideal for living areas, bedrooms, or offices. A key caveat is the importance of careful measurement due to the fabric width being narrower than the overall blind dimensions, and a crucial safety warning regarding pull cords and young children.

FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the blind?
The blind has dimensions of Height: 200 cm and Depth (width): 50 cm.
Is this blind suitable for complete blackout?
No, the blind is not fully darkening. It offers privacy and glare protection but allows some light to filter through.
How do I clean the pleated blind?
The blind is made of polyester and can be cleaned with light dusting or by wiping with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
What is the window frame thickness range for the clamping brackets?
The clamping brackets are compatible with window frames that have a thickness ranging from 0.5 cm to 2.3 cm.
How much wider should I order the blind than my window glass?
You should add 0.6 cm to the width of your window glass measurement to ensure the fabric provides complete coverage, as the fabric itself is narrower than the overall blind width.
What is the weight of the blind?
The blind weighs approximately 0.6 kg.
What are the safety warnings for this product?
Young children can be strangled by loops in pull cords. Keep cords out of reach of young children and do not tie cords together. Move beds, cots, and furniture away from window covering cords. Ensure safety devices are installed and adjusted correctly.
Troubleshooting
Blind is too narrow for the window.
Carefully re-measure your window glass width and ensure you have added 0.6 cm to the measurement for the blind fabric width, as specified. If the blind was ordered incorrectly, a replacement may be needed.
Clamping brackets do not fit the window frame.
Verify that your window frame thickness is within the compatible range of 0.5 cm to 2.3 cm. If it is outside this range, you will need to use the screw-mounting installation method.
Fabric feels stiff or difficult to adjust.
Ensure the operating cords are not tangled or obstructed. Gently operate the blind multiple times to help the pleats settle. Avoid forcing the mechanism.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: You have two primary options for installing the VidaXL Pleated Blind. The first involves using screws for a permanent fixture to the wall or window frame. The second, drill-free method utilizes clamping brackets, which are suitable for window frames with a thickness between 0.5 cm and 2.3 cm.
Compatibility: This blind is designed for indoor use. Ensure your window frame dimensions are within the specified range if using clamping brackets. For optimal coverage, measure your window glass width and add 0.6 cm to this measurement when selecting your blind size.
Care: The blind is made from 100% polyester, making it durable and easy to maintain. Regular light dusting is recommended. For more thorough cleaning, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the fabric.
