Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease or loose paint. Lightly sanding glossy surfaces can improve adhesion, though the self-priming nature generally negates the need for extensive sanding. Remove dust after sanding.
Application: Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply using a good quality brush or roller. Two coats are recommended for best results and durability. Allow adequate drying time between coats, typically 1-2 hours, depending on conditions. Avoid painting in very cold or humid environments.
Compatibility: Suitable for interior woodwork, trims, skirting boards, doors, metal (including powder-coated radiators), laminate surfaces, and furniture. It is safe for use on children's toys as it meets EN71-3 standards.
Care: Clean up spills and brushes immediately with water. Once fully cured (allow several days), the finish is robust and scuff-resistant. Clean painted surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing.
