Troubleshooting
Mixer trim does not sit flush with the wall.
Verify that the 25mm extension set is correctly and fully seated onto the Rapido SmartBox. Ensure no debris is obstructing the connection. Check if the wall finish is excessively thick beyond the 25mm extension's capability.
Water leakage from connections.
Double-check all connections between the Rapido SmartBox, the extension set, and the mixer trim. Ensure seals are intact and connections are tightened appropriately as per installation instructions.
