Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
To set up the Lynx 3.0, ensure a fully charged 18650 battery is correctly inserted into the battery compartment, observing the polarity markings. Power on the device using the designated power button. Familiarize yourself with the device's buttons for zoom, palette selection, and menu navigation. The device is ready for immediate use upon powering on.
Compatibility:
This monocular is a standalone device. For firmware updates or data transfer (if applicable and supported by the model), consult the official HikMicro website for compatible software or methods. It utilizes standard 18650 batteries.
Care:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the lens and body with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn smudges on the lens, use a lens cleaning solution sparingly on the cloth, never directly on the lens.
- Storage: Store the monocular in a cool, dry place, preferably in its protective case, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Maintenance: Remove the battery if the device will be stored for an extended period to prevent potential leakage.
