FAQs

What is included in this bedding set?

The set includes one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, and matching pillowcases.

Is this set suitable for sensitive skin?

The poly-cotton blend is designed for durability and breathability, generally suitable for most users, though natural fiber preferences vary.

Can I tumble dry the sheets?

Yes, you can tumble dry the sheets on a low heat setting to preserve the fabric quality.

Does the color fade after multiple washes?

The fabric is engineered to be colorfast, meaning it is designed to retain its color wash after wash when washed according to care instructions.

Does the set come in different sizes?

Yes, Snug City offers various sizes to fit standard mattress dimensions, including King and Super King variants.

Troubleshooting

Sheet sliding off the mattress corner

Ensure the mattress depth matches the fitted sheet specifications and that the elastic is tucked fully under the mattress corners.

Fabric appearing wrinkled after washing

Remove the bedding from the dryer immediately once the cycle ends or use a low-heat setting to reduce static and creasing.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Coordinated aesthetic with matching pieces
  • Easy to maintain and machine washable
  • Elasticated fitted sheet prevents bunching
  • Durable fabric that retains color wash after wash

Cons

  • Poly-cotton blend lacks the soft texture of pure Egyptian cotton
  • Limited to solid, plain colors
  • Requires proper sizing check to ensure mattress compatibility

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To achieve the best fit, ensure you select the correct size corresponding to your mattress dimensions, especially since the elasticated edges require a tight match to the mattress depth.

  • Setup: Place the fitted sheet over the corners first, pulling the elastic tight. Follow with the flat sheet, ensuring it is centered, and finish with the pillowcases.
  • Care Instructions: Machine wash the set on a gentle, cool or warm cycle. To maintain the longevity of the fabric, tumble dry on low or line dry whenever possible. The set is generally wrinkle-resistant, but a light iron can be used if a crisp finish is desired.
