The Croydex Flexi-Fix Chiswick Double Robe Hook is an ideal solution for homeowners and renters seeking a modern, clutter-free bathroom upgrade that emphasizes ease of installation. Its primary benefit is the innovative 'Flexi-Fix' X-plate system, which offers both screw and glue-fix options, making it perfect for those wanting to avoid drilling into tiles. However, users should note that for heavy-duty items, the glue-fix method may require a longer curing time to achieve maximum weight capacity.

Yes, the Flexi-Fix system is designed to be installed on tiles using the glue-fix option, which avoids the need for drilling.
Yes, the product comes with all necessary screws, wall plugs, and the adhesive required for both installation methods.
While it varies by surface, the hook is designed for standard bathroom loads such as two full-sized bath towels or robes.
The material is chosen for its durability in bathroom environments, but it should be cleaned regularly to maintain its finish.
It is not recommended to use the glue-fix method on wallpaper as it may damage the paper or fail to adhere properly.
Ensure the X-plate screws are fully tightened. If using glue, ensure the adhesive had enough time to set without pressure.
Thoroughly clean the wall surface with an alcohol-based wipe to remove any residue before reapplying the adhesive.
For installation, choose between screw fixing (using the included wall plugs and screws) or glue fixing using the provided adhesive. If using glue, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. Allow the adhesive to cure for the recommended time (usually 24 hours) before hanging heavy items. For care and maintenance, wipe the hook periodically with a soft, damp cloth and mild soapy water to remove soap scum or water spots. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the silver finish.
