Troubleshooting
Bed frame feels unstable or creaks
Ensure all bolts and connectors are tightened securely. Check that the bed is on a level surface. If the issue persists, inspect the base for any damage.
Storage drawers are difficult to open or close
Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the drawers are not overfilled. Verify that the base is level, as an uneven base can cause alignment issues.
Fabric appears discolored or stained
Consult the specific care instructions for your chosen fabric. For minor stains, attempt gentle spot cleaning with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals. For significant staining, professional cleaning is advised.
Parts missing during assembly
Contact the retailer or manufacturer immediately with your order details and a list of the missing parts. Refer to the assembly manual for part identification.
