This ASUS Mainboard P12R-E is an ATX form factor motherboard designed for server use, featuring an LGA1200 Socket and an Intel C256 Chipset. It is ideal for remote office/branch office (ROBO) use and everyday business environments. The motherboard is powered by Intel® Xeon E-2300-series processors and offers flexible expandability with eight native SATA HDDs and two PCIe Gen4 slots. It includes Dual Intel I210AT Gigabit Ethernet with teaming support and Dual M.2 support up to 22110 PCIe Gen4 x4 Link and PCIe Gen3 x2 Link. For display, it supports HDMI 1.4. Optional features include ASUS ASMB10-iKVM with ASPEED AST2600 controller for out-of-band management and an optional PFR FPGA for firmware resiliency. The motherboard supports PCIe 4.0, delivering double the speed of PCIe 3.0 for enhanced bandwidth. It supports up to 128 GB of DDR4-SDRAM memory across four DIMM slots, with supported speeds of 2666, 2933, and 3200 MHz. Storage controllers offer RAID support and can accommodate up to 10 storage drives, including 8 HDDs, with support for M.2 and SATA III interfaces for both HDDs and SSDs.
