Troubleshooting

Lights are not turning on

Ensure the batteries are fresh, installed with the correct polarity, and the switch is set to the 'On' or 'Timer' position.

Timer feature is not activating

Toggle the switch to 'Off', wait 10 seconds, and reset the switch to the 'Timer' position at the specific time you want the illumination to start each day.

Foliage looks flat or crushed

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your bough, insert 3 x AA batteries into the provided battery pack. Use the switch to cycle between 'On', 'Off', and the 'Timer' mode. When the timer is active, the lights will stay illuminated for 6 hours and automatically shut off for 18 hours. While the unit is IP44 rated, it is important to bring the bough indoors during extreme weather or heavy storms to prevent damage to the faux foliage and the battery housing. To clean, lightly dust the leaves with a dry, soft cloth; do not submerge in water or use harsh chemical cleaners.
