Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
The tool chest combination typically arrives partially assembled. Carefully unpack the components (Topchest, Mid-Box and Rollcab). Ensure that you have enough space to maneuver the units and place them in your desired location. You may need to attach the wheels to the rollcab, if not pre-assembled. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your tool chest for detailed setup guidance.
Compatibility
The tool chest is designed to accommodate the included tool trays. Refer to the model numbers of the tool trays (TBT01, TBT02, etc.) to ensure compatibility with your specific needs. The spare drawers offer additional storage for tools not included in the trays, giving flexibility for storing other items.
Care
- Cleaning: Wipe down the tool chest with a damp cloth to remove dirt, grease, and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the paint finish.
- Lubrication: Periodically lubricate the drawer slides to ensure smooth operation. Use a light-duty lubricant. Apply a small amount and wipe off any excess.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the tool chest for any signs of damage or wear. Tighten any loose screws or bolts. Check the locking mechanism to ensure it functions correctly.
