The doormat measures approximately 60cm in width and 40cm in depth, with a height of 2cm.

It is designed for everyday use and will handle moderate foot traffic well. For extremely high-traffic areas, it may wear faster than a commercial-grade mat.

While it is designed for hard floors, the PVC backing offers some grip. However, it may not be as stable on carpet as on a hard surface. We recommend using it on hard flooring for optimal performance and safety.

It's recommended to shake the doormat out daily or every few days to remove loose debris. Spot clean as needed, and deep clean by hosing it down only when necessary, ensuring it dries fully.

The design is intended for durability, but prolonged, direct sun exposure may cause colors to fade over time. Rotating the mat or placing it in a partially shaded area can help preserve the design.

The PVC backing is generally safe for most floor types. However, if you have specific concerns about your flooring (e.g., delicate finishes), it's best to check with your flooring manufacturer or test in an inconspicuous area.

If storing for an extended period, ensure the doormat is clean and completely dry. Roll it up and store it in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent damage to the coir and backing.

Roll the doormat in the opposite direction of the curl and leave it for a few hours, or place heavy objects on the edges to help flatten it.

Shake the mat thoroughly outdoors. If the smell persists, hose it down, scrub with mild soap and water, and allow it to dry completely in the sun before bringing it inside.

Some initial shedding is normal. Shake the mat vigorously outdoors. If shedding continues excessively after the first few weeks, contact customer support.

Remove the doormat and clean both the backing and the floor surface. Allow both to dry completely. Consider placing a thin barrier like a plastic sheet underneath if the issue persists, and consult your flooring manufacturer.
