The DS Living Seraphine Divan Storage Bed is designed for those seeking a blend of British craftsmanship, luxury, and practical storage. Its key benefit is offering substantial under-bed storage within an elegantly upholstered frame. A minor caveat is that the mattress is sold separately, and care must be taken to measure delivery access routes.

Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the bed frame is on a level surface. Lightly lubricate metal runners with silicone spray if necessary.
Ensure all fixings are tightened securely. Check that the bed is on a level surface and not rocking. Uneven weight distribution can sometimes cause noise.
Creases from packaging should naturally fall out over a few days. Gently steam the fabric from a distance (do not let the steamer touch the fabric) if persistent, or use a soft brush.
Ensure the floor surface is even. Check if the divan base has adjustable feet and adjust them to level the bed.
Setup: The Seraphine Divan Storage Bed is delivered in sections for easier assembly. We recommend two people for assembly. Please ensure all parts are present before starting. Detailed assembly instructions are provided with the product.
Compatibility: This divan bed base is compatible with all standard UK mattress sizes. The headboard (if purchased separately or as part of a set) will attach to the pre-drilled holes on the divan base. Ensure your chosen mattress is suitable for a divan base.
Care: To maintain the luxurious finish, regularly dust the upholstered surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For spills or marks, use a slightly damp cloth and blot gently. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the fabric. As products are handmade, minor variations in dimensions may occur; please check your measurements before ordering. Please measure all doorways, corridors, and stairwells to ensure the bed will fit into your room.
