Suitable for hand and machine sewing, this 100% silk thread is ideal for fine closing seams with a fine gloss, delicate ornamental stitches, decorative seams, overlock and safety seams, buttonholes, and sewing on buttons. It is soft, supple, tear and abrasion resistant, elastic, extendible, light resistant, and colorfast. Recommended needle and size: Universal, size 80. Care instructions: 40-degree wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, moderately hot iron.
