Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
- Attach the castors to the underside of the lowest shelf, ensuring all bolts are tightened securely.
- Install the handle to the designated point on the frame.
- Crucially, before first use, double-check that all bolts, nuts, and castor fixings are fully tightened.
Compatibility:
This trolley is designed for general use on flat, stable surfaces found in workshops, garages, warehouses, and factories. It is not intended for use on uneven terrain, steep inclines, or in environments with significant debris that could impede wheel movement.
Care:
- Periodically check and re-tighten all bolts and castor fixings, especially after initial use and regular operation.
- Clean the trolley with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the powder-coated finish.
- For stubborn dirt, use mild soap and water, then wipe dry.
- Inspect wheels for wear and tear; replace if necessary to maintain maneuverability and safety.
