The Something Different Luna Moth Double-Walled Mug Set is designed for tea enthusiasts and nature lovers who appreciate intricate, aesthetic drinkware. Its primary benefit is the double-walled construction that provides superior heat retention while keeping the exterior comfortable to the touch. A notable caveat is that the glassware requires careful handling and specific preparation, such as pre-warming with warm water, to ensure long-term durability when introducing hot liquids.

Due to the double-walled construction and decorative elements, it is generally advised to avoid microwave use to prevent thermal shock or damage to the design.
Hand washing is strongly recommended to maintain the integrity of the Luna Moth design and the delicate glass structure.
Pre-warming the mug with warm water gradually prepares the glass for high temperatures, reducing the risk of cracking caused by sudden thermal expansion.
The quartz is included as a decorative or symbolic accent to enhance the aesthetic theme of the mug set.
Contact the retailer or customer service immediately and keep the original cardboard box for documentation of the shipping condition.
This is normal functionality due to the double-walled insulation; the heat is being contained inside.
Soak the infuser in a mixture of baking soda and warm water for 15 minutes to lift tea tannins.
To set up your mug, simply place the tea infuser into the center of the cup, add your favorite loose-leaf tea, and pour hot water through the infuser. For long-term care, it is highly recommended to hand wash the mug with a soft sponge and mild detergent to prevent the decorative motifs from fading. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads. The mug is designed to be stored in its original cardboard box if not in daily use to protect the glass from accidental chips or cracks.
