No, the pack contains 100 screws. You must provide your own No.2 Square Bit.
These screws are specifically optimized for composite materials and their specialized coating is designed to match composite board tones.
Each pack contains 100 screws.
These screws measure 40mm in length.
These screws are intended for outdoor composite applications; however, like all fasteners, they should be installed according to best practices to protect their finish.
Ensure you are using a dedicated No.2 Square Bit and that the drill speed is set to low-to-medium to maintain control.
Pre-drill a small pilot hole through the composite board before driving the screw to relieve tension.
Check that the screw is perpendicular to the board and that no debris is trapped beneath the head.
Before beginning your installation, ensure you have a No.2 Square Bit available, as standard Phillips or flat-head bits will not provide the necessary grip. Align your deck boards according to your structural plan and place clips at every joist location. Tighten the screws until the head is flush with the surface of the composite material, taking care not to over-tighten, which could crush the composite fibers. Keep the screws in a dry, cool environment to ensure the longevity of the protective colour coating until they are ready for use.
