Full details

The Willow 94L Under Counter Fridge in White is designed for individuals or couples needing compact refrigeration, offering a space-saving solution for small kitchens, offices, or staff rooms. Its key benefit lies in its slim dimensions (83.1cm tall, 47cm wide) and reversible door, ensuring a seamless fit and flexible installation. A potential caveat is its 94L capacity, which may be insufficient for larger households or those requiring extensive food storage. This fridge features adjustable shelving, door trays, a crisper drawer, and an easy-to-use thermostat for optimal food preservation.

Troubleshooting

Fridge is not cooling

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. Check if the thermostat is set correctly. Verify that the door is closing properly and not being left ajar. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.

Excessive noise

Check that the fridge is level and stable on the floor. Ensure nothing is touching the back or sides of the unit. Normal operating noises include the compressor running and refrigerant circulating.

Water leaking inside the fridge

This may indicate a blockage in the defrost drain hole or the drip tray. Allow the unit to defrost completely and clear any obstructions from the drain hole using a soft tool. Ensure the fridge is level.

Door not sealing properly

Check for obstructions preventing the door from closing fully. Ensure the door gasket is clean and free of debris. If the door opens in the wrong direction for your space, consider reversing it.

Interior light not working

Check if the light bulb needs replacing. Ensure the door switch is functioning correctly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Placement: Choose a dry, well-ventilated location away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for airflow.
  2. Leveling: Adjust the feet at the base to ensure the fridge is stable and level. This is crucial for proper door sealing and efficient operation.
  3. Power Connection: Plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet. Allow the fridge to stand for a few hours before plugging it in if it has been transported horizontally.
