A delayed fill valve is a type of fill valve that only begins refilling the cistern after the flush has been completed, thus preventing water wastage.

This dual flush valve is suitable for both 1" and 2" cistern outlets. The universal button is designed to fit cistern lid holes between 20mm and 60mm.

Dual flush systems allow you to choose between a full flush for solid waste and a reduced flush for liquid waste, significantly saving water and lowering your utility bills.

While designed for DIY installation with clear instructions, professional plumbing assistance is recommended if you are unsure about any step of the process.

The flush volume is typically adjusted by settings on the dual flush valve itself or by the length of the rods connecting to the flush button. Refer to the detailed installation manual for specific adjustments.

The brass tail is made from heavy-duty brass, ensuring durability and a secure connection to the water supply.

Check that the water supply is turned on and the fill valve is correctly connected and not obstructed.

Adjust the float on the fill valve or ensure the valve seat is clean and free from debris.

Ensure the dual flush valve is correctly seated and the lever mechanism is not binding. Check for blockages in the cistern outlet.

Tighten the bolt-through kit. Ensure the foam washer is correctly positioned and not damaged. Replace if necessary.

Verify the button rod is correctly connected to the flush valve lever and that there are no obstructions.
