Knipex Electronic Cutters are designed for ultra-fine cutting work, particularly in electronics and fine mechanics. They are ideal for cutting cable ties to length. Featuring precision-ground, sharp cutting edges without a bevel, these pliers ensure a controlled micro-cutting edge for precise cutting of even the thinnest wires. The precisely shaped tips can cut wires close to a surface from Ø 0.2 mm. The joint with a stainless steel rivet ensures an extremely smooth movement for minimal operator fatigue. Includes an opening spring and opening limiter for comfortable, ergonomic, and fast working. Cutting capacities: medium hard wire (diameter) Ø 1.4 mm, soft wire (diameter) Ø 0.2 – 2.1 mm. Jaw length is 12.3 mm, jaw thickness at the joint is 9.2 mm, and head width is 15.7 mm. These cutters are ESD-safe.
