Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Olympia roaster, follow these guidelines:
- Initial Use: Thoroughly wash the dish with warm soapy water before its first use to remove any production dust.
- Thermal Shock: While resistant to heat, avoid moving the dish from a freezer directly into a pre-heated oven. Always allow it to come to room temperature first to prevent cracking.
- Cleaning: The dish is fully dishwasher safe. Use standard commercial detergents. For stubborn, burnt-on food, soak in warm water before scrubbing with a non-abrasive pad to protect the glaze.
- Storage: Ensure the dishes are not stacked excessively high without felt or paper separators if you want to avoid surface scuffs on the glaze over time.
