Perforated Land Drain - 80mm - 50m

This pipe is primarily for sub-surface land drainage. If used under a driveway, it must be buried deep enough to avoid crushing from vehicular traffic.

The product includes a coupling for connection; however, you may need additional connectors if you are cutting the pipe into multiple sections.

While durable, no perforated pipe is fully immune to aggressive root systems. Ensure trees or large shrubs are planted a safe distance from the drainage run.

The 80mm size offers an excellent balance between high flow capacity for groundwater collection and ease of installation in standard residential trenches.

The perforations allow surrounding groundwater to enter the pipe so it can be transported away from the saturated area to a safe outlet point.

Ensure the pipe is not kinked. Allow it to warm up in the sun, which makes the plastic more pliable and easier to straighten.

Check the gradient of your trench to ensure it has a consistent downward slope and verify that the outlet point is not obstructed.

Ensure the provided coupling is seated firmly and that no dirt has entered the connection point during installation.
