Product Information

Full details

The Colgate 360 Sonic Max White Battery Powered Toothbrush is designed for individuals seeking a brighter smile and a more thorough clean than a manual toothbrush. Its key benefit is the sonic-powered action combined with specialized bristles and a rubber polisher to remove surface stains and clean effectively. A minor caveat is that it uses AA batteries, which need periodic replacement.

It is recommended to replace the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles show signs of wear or fraying.

What type of battery does this toothbrush use?

The Colgate 360 Sonic Max White Battery Powered Toothbrush uses one AA battery.

Can I use other brands' replacement heads with this toothbrush?

No, it is recommended to use Colgate 360 Sonic Max White replacement heads or other Colgate 360 Sonic compatible heads for optimal performance and fit.

Troubleshooting

Toothbrush not turning on

Ensure the AA battery is correctly inserted with the positive (+) and negative (-) ends aligned properly. Check if the battery needs to be replaced.

Reduced cleaning power or vibration

The battery may be low and needs replacement. If the battery is new, check that the brush head is securely attached.

Bristles are fraying quickly

You might be applying too much pressure. Reduce the pressure applied during brushing and ensure you are not scrubbing. Replace the brush head if fraying is significant.

Toothbrush head replacement is difficult

Gently twist and pull the old brush head off. Ensure the new head is aligned correctly and pushed on firmly until it clicks into place.
