The Prochef 24cm Frying Pan is an essential tool for home cooks who prioritize precision searing, browning, and flavor development. Designed for those who prefer the durability of uncoated surfaces, this pan offers exceptional heat distribution on all hob types, including induction. While it excels at caramelization, users should note that the lack of a non-stick coating requires active fat management and proper heat control to prevent food from adhering to the surface.

This is often caused by overheating or mineral deposits from water; these can be removed by wiping the pan with a little white vinegar or a specialized stainless steel cleaner.
Ensure the flame of your gas stove does not extend up the sides of the pan, which can overheat the handle area.
Before first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residues. This pan is compatible with all stovetops, including induction; ensure you match the pan size to your burner diameter for maximum efficiency. While the pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended to maintain the mirror-polished exterior. If food sticks, soak the pan in warm water or use a stainless steel cleaner to restore the shine. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent warping.
