Yes, while the paint adheres well, using a primer ensures the best durability and color saturation on plastic, resin, or metal.
Base paints are designed for brush application. If you wish to use it in an airbrush, you will need to thin it significantly with an airbrush thinner.
No, Khorne Red is a solid, matte acrylic color without any metallic pigments.
Simply rinse your brushes thoroughly in clean, room-temperature water immediately after use to prevent paint from drying in the bristles.
If kept sealed and stored away from heat and direct sunlight, the paint will remain usable for several years.
Ensure the model was primed correctly and apply a second, thin layer once the first is completely dry.
Transfer a small amount of paint to a palette and thin it with a few drops of water until it reaches the consistency of milk.
Shake the pot vigorously for at least 30 seconds or use a mechanical paint shaker to re-mix the pigments.
Before starting, ensure your miniature is cleaned of any mold lines and primed using a compatible spray primer. To maintain the paint quality, keep the lid tightly closed when not in use to prevent the acrylic from curing inside the pot. If the paint begins to thicken, you can restore its fluidity by adding a tiny amount of high-quality acrylic medium or distilled water. Store your paints in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the chemical integrity of the pigments.
