The Veracity LONGSPAN Base Network transmitter is designed to deliver exceptional power and bandwidth over extreme lengths of regular Cat 5e or Cat 6 network cable, enabling a dependable connection to IP cameras and other remote network devices. It functions as a point-to-point solution with no mid-cable equipment and features smart, automatic self-configuration for simple and instantaneous installation. The LONGSPAN supports single-pair UTP cables, offering a fast upgrade solution for legacy analogue systems. It provides an unrestricted 100Base-T full duplex connection at an 800-meter range, and POE-equipped models deliver full-power 802.3at POE Plus at a 600-meter range, ensuring reliability in challenging scenarios. The LONGSPAN Base Unit can be powered via POE-in or a VPSU-57V-X.
