ArthriAid Equine Joint Mobility Supplement is a Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM and HA supplement that aids in the lubrication and regeneration of shock-absorbing tissues in your horse's joints. Glucosamine is an amino acid that assists in the body's manufacture of cartilage, while Chondroitin aids in lubrication and shock absorption. MSM is a naturally occurring sulfur compound that helps soothe discomfort and improve joint mobility. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a principal constituent of Synovial Fluid, known as nature's 'oil for joints'. In a horse's daily life, joint cartilage is constantly being broken down and replaced. However, this balance can be disrupted by increased training, trauma, competition, or aging. Arthri Aid can assist with symptoms such as reduced mobility, joint stiffness, and overall stiffness. Recommendations for an adult horse (500kg): Initial Administration (Liquid): Give 50ml daily for 14-21 days, then adjust to the horse's specific needs. Maintenance: After 21 days, reduce intake to half the initial volume or as needed. Initial Administration (Powder): Give 2 level scoops (20gm) daily for the first 10-15 days. Maintenance: After 15 days, give one level scoop (10gm). Ingredients include Glucosamine HCI 10,000mg, Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) 2000mg, Vitamin C 700mg, Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate 100mg, Chondroitin Sulphate 90mg, Sodium Hyaluronate 4.5mg.
