The Pegasus Taper Square Back Large Cutting Comb is an essential tool for professional barbers and stylists who need precision and durability during blending, tapering, and flat-top styling sessions. Engineered with proprietary FLEXINITE Smart Comb Technology, this comb adapts to heat and chemical exposure to provide seamless gliding through the hair, though it is specifically optimized for professional-grade cutting techniques rather than casual detangling.

It is a smart material that adjusts its flexibility based on temperature and chemical exposure to mimic the way hair moves.
Yes, the comb is designed to be heat-sensitive and can be used safely with standard thermal styling tools.
While it can handle wet hair, it is primarily engineered for cutting, tapering, and styling rather than detangling thick, matted knots.
Allow the comb to cool naturally after heat exposure. Its shape memory will naturally restore the teeth to their original position.
Yes, the vibrant pink color is the designated aesthetic for this model but does not affect the performance of the comb material.
The FLEXINITE technology responds to heat. Use a blow dryer on a medium setting near the comb to increase tooth flexibility.
Soak the comb in warm, soapy water for 5-10 minutes and use a soft brush to clear residue from between the teeth.
No setup is required; the comb is ready for use immediately out of the packaging. To maintain the integrity of the FLEXINITE technology, avoid exposing the comb to extreme direct flames or temperatures exceeding professional hair dryer settings. After each use, clean the comb by rinsing it with warm water and a mild detergent to remove product buildup. Because the comb is chemically resistant, it can be used during color services, but ensure it is thoroughly rinsed after contact with dyes or permanent waving solutions. Store in a dry, cool place to allow the material to rest in its original form.
