Troubleshooting
Poster arrived creased or damaged
Contact the seller or GB eye customer support immediately with photographic evidence. If minor, try flattening it under heavy books on a clean surface for several days.
Poster won't lay flat
Roll the poster in the opposite direction for a short period, or place heavy, flat objects (like books) on top of it on a clean surface for 24-48 hours.
Adhesive is not holding the poster
Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. Use a stronger adhesive or consider framing the poster for more secure mounting.
Glare from the glossy finish is distracting
Reposition the poster to avoid direct light sources or consider using anti-glare framing glass if you choose to frame it.
