The Toucan Wireless Security S4 2-Pack is an ideal solution for homeowners looking to monitor their property without the hassle of complex wiring or ongoing subscription fees. These cameras deliver high-definition 2K video and provide essential security features like motion detection and two-way audio to keep you connected to your home from anywhere. While the system offers robust performance, users should note that it requires a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection for optimal operation, which may limit performance in environments with heavy network interference or significant physical obstructions.

Check your home internet upload speeds. If the signal strength at the camera's location is low, consider adding a Wi-Fi range extender.
To begin, download the Toucan App on your smartphone and follow the in-app instructions to register your cameras. Ensure your home router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal, as the S4 cameras will not connect to 5GHz networks. When mounting the devices, use the provided hardware in a location that offers a clear vantage point and is within the recommended temperature range specified in the manual. To care for your devices, periodically wipe the lens with a soft, microfiber cloth to remove dust or water spots, and check the mounting bracket stability to ensure the camera remains aimed correctly during high winds or extreme weather.
