Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup Instructions
Setting up your Shatchi Alaskan Pine Christmas Tree is straightforward:
- Assemble the Stand: Open the strong metal stand and ensure it is fully extended and stable. Tighten any screws or bolts provided to secure it.
- Insert Tree Sections: The tree typically comes in sections. Carefully insert the bottom section into the stand, ensuring it is firmly seated.
- Connect Upper Sections: Continue by adding the middle and top sections. Each section will slot into the one below it. Ensure all sections are securely connected.
- Connect Lights: If the light connections are not pre-integrated between sections, connect any light cables between the tree sections as indicated by labels or instructions.
- Fluff the Branches: This is crucial for achieving a full, natural look. Starting from the bottom, gently pull and spread out each individual branch tip. Work your way up the tree, bending the tips outwards and slightly upwards to fill any gaps.
- Plug In: Once the branches are arranged, plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Select Light Mode: Use the control button (usually on the power cord) to cycle through the 8 light modes and choose your preferred setting.
Compatibility
This artificial Christmas tree is universally compatible with standard Christmas decorations, baubles, and toppers. Its 7ft height and wide base make it a strong focal point in medium to large-sized rooms with adequate floor space.
Product Care & Storage
Proper care ensures your tree remains beautiful for many seasons:
- Cleaning: If needed, gently wipe down the PVC branches with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Dusting: Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment on a low setting to remove dust during the season.
- Disassembly: Follow the setup steps in reverse. Carefully un-fluff and collapse the branches before disassembling the sections.
- Storage: Store the tree sections and stand in its original box or a dedicated Christmas tree storage bag. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation and light damage.
