The Mamas & Papas Lua Bedside Crib and Sheet Bundle is designed for parents seeking a versatile and ergonomic sleeping solution for their newborn from birth up to approximately 6 months. This bundle offers the key benefit of flexible co-sleeping without the need for complex strap systems, featuring an adjustable, portable design that fits seamlessly next to most adult beds. While the crib is highly functional and includes essential bedding, it is important to note that the footprint is designed specifically for early infancy, meaning users will need to transition to a full-sized crib once the baby reaches the 6-month milestone or starts to sit up independently.

The bassinet is designed to be used with the Lua frame to ensure safety and stability at the correct height.
Yes, the 100% cotton sheets and mattress protector are machine washable. Please refer to the care label for temperature recommendations.
You should stop using the crib once your baby reaches 6 months, can sit up, kneel, or pull themselves up, or if they reach the weight limit specified in the manual.
The Lua is designed to fit most standard bed frames, though we recommend measuring your bed height to ensure compatibility with the adjustable legs.
While possible, it is strongly recommended to use the provided quilted mattress protector to keep the mattress clean and hygienic.
The crib is designed to be lightweight enough for portability while maintaining structural integrity. Please check the product box or manual for exact weight specifications.
Ensure the connection points to the frame are clear of debris and the locking pins are fully clicked into place when re-attaching.
Check the side tracks for any fabric obstructions or dust and ensure the locking release buttons are being pressed firmly.
Cycle through the height adjustment settings on the legs to find the increment that best matches your mattress height.
To set up the crib, ensure the frame is on a level surface. Adjust the leg height using the internal locking mechanisms until the top of the crib mattress is level with or slightly below your adult mattress. For the included bedding, wash the sheets and mattress protector on a gentle cycle with mild detergent before the first use. The crib frame should be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals to protect the finish. Always ensure the drop-side mechanism is fully engaged and locked if used in the closed position. Regularly check that all frame locks are secure and that the mattress fits snugly against the walls of the crib with no gaps.
