The Petface Cooling Freeze Ring is an ideal choice for pet owners seeking a multi-functional toy that combines dental relief with active playtime. Designed primarily for dogs, this cooling accessory provides a refreshing way to keep pets engaged, particularly during hot weather or while they are teething. While it offers excellent durability for interactive play, users should note that it requires freezer time before use, meaning it is not an "on-demand" toy for instant entertainment.

Yes, the Petface Cooling Freeze Ring is made from pet-safe materials designed to withstand regular play.
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the integrity of the material and ensure the internal cooling properties remain intact.
We recommend a minimum of 2 hours, though 4 hours is often ideal for maximum cooling duration.
Yes, the cooling effect can be soothing for senior dogs with sensitive gums, provided they do not have broken or severely decayed teeth.
No, it is always best to supervise play to ensure the dog does not attempt to ingest large pieces if the toy is accidentally damaged.
Ensure the ring is placed in the coldest part of your freezer and leave it for a longer duration, ideally at least 4 hours.
Try adding a small amount of pet-safe peanut butter or yogurt to the surface of the ring before freezing to entice your pet.
Soak the ring in a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and air dry completely before re-freezing.
To prepare the ring, simply place it in the freezer for at least two hours until fully chilled. Do not soak the toy in water while freezing, as moisture can freeze into ice crystals that may be too hard on a dog's enamel. Regarding compatibility, this toy is best suited for small to medium-breed dogs. For care, wipe the ring down with a damp cloth and mild, pet-safe soap after each use. Ensure the toy is completely dry before returning it to the freezer. Always inspect the ring for signs of damage or loose pieces before every play session; if the toy becomes punctured or cracked, replace it immediately.
