The Thomas Dudley Dudley Dio Pneumatic Button is an ideal solution for homeowners and professional installers seeking a reliable, sleek, and easy-to-install flush control for pneumatic systems. Its primary benefit is its robust, long-lasting construction paired with a modern silver finish that blends seamlessly into contemporary bathrooms; however, users should ensure their current system supports pneumatic actuation before purchase to avoid compatibility issues.

The product includes the button assembly; please check your specific kit contents for the pneumatic tubing as it is usually provided with the cistern system.
No, this button is designed exclusively for pneumatic flushing systems and is not compatible with cable or mechanical systems.
While the silver finish is durable, it is metallic and may show fingerprints with frequent use; a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth will maintain its shine.
The button requires a standard 51mm diameter hole for proper installation.
Yes, its durable construction makes it suitable for both residential and light commercial bathroom applications.
Check the pneumatic tube connected to the back of the button for any kinks or bends that may be restricting airflow.
Ensure the connection between the tube and the cistern air bellows is secure and airtight.
Tighten the rear locking nut on the back of the button housing to ensure it is flush against the wall or vanity surface.
Installation requires a 51mm hole in the mounting surface. Before installation, ensure your existing cistern is a pneumatic-compatible model, as this button will not function with mechanical or cable-operated systems. To install, feed the pneumatic tubing through the opening and secure the button housing using the included fastening mechanism. For maintenance, clean the surface periodically with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can dull the silver finish. Periodically inspect the pneumatic tube connection at the back of the button to ensure it remains airtight and free of kinks.
