Yes, the set includes specific modifier keys compatible with macOS layouts.
These are high-quality PBT keycaps, which are more durable and resistant to shine than ABS plastic.
Ensure the cross-mount stem is aligned correctly and pushed down firmly. If it remains loose, check if the switch housing is damaged.
Verify that the RGB lighting on your keyboard is set to a high brightness level and ensure the keycaps are seated fully onto the stems for optimal light transmission.
Check your keyboard manual to confirm if it uses a standard bottom row. If your keyboard has non-standard key sizes (like the bottom row of some Razer or Corsair boards), these keycaps may not be fully compatible.
Installation is straightforward; simply use a standard wire or plastic keycap puller to remove your existing keys and press the new ones onto the switch stems. Before starting, ensure your keyboard utilizes MX-style cross-mount stems, as these keycaps will not fit low-profile, optical, or Topre switches.
For care, it is recommended to remove the keycaps once every few months to clean them with a soft brush or a mild soapy water solution. Always allow the keycaps to dry completely before re-attaching them to your mechanical keyboard to prevent moisture damage to the switches.
