Full details
The uniK 05+ is the result of extensive development work performed in Germany, defining a new quality level in its class. With its new 5" kevlar low frequency driver and a new custom engineered and powerful high frequency magnetostatic tweeter, the uniK 05+ offers many improvements over our successful uniK 05 and will easily become an important part of your studio setup with its clear and strong sound image. The ESI uniK 05+ is a solid studio monitor for home projects that won't cost you an arm and a leg. Equipped with a 5-inch woofer and a ribbon tweeter, this monitor is well-suited for mixing and mastering pop music. A larger-sized woofer isn't always worth it, especially considering audio waveforms need space to build up and space is exactly what home studios, bedrooms and man caves tend to lack. To compensate for the fact that not everyone has a soundproof room in their home, the uniK 05+ has a unique sound character adjustment knob. Last but far from least, ESI have even thoughtfully fitted this all-around monitor with a power-saving stand-by mode.
