This Taylor's Eye Witness Soft-Grip Kitchen Scissor has an 18cm/7 blade. The soft-grip handles are directly moulded onto the blades which are made from precision ground stainless steel. The scissor is then tensioned and fine-tuned by hand before being tested twice. Blade length: 18cm/7. Made in Sheffield. Lifetime guarantee and dishwasher safe. These shears have been specially designed for either an at home hobby chef or a professional in a commercial kitchen setting. They can be used for a number of different kitchen tasks such as cutting poultry, meat, fish, vegetables, net bags, cardboard packaging and even flower stems. Suitable for both right and left handed cooks. Taylors Eye Witness has been making kitchen tools for over 150 years and prides itself on reliability. The clever designers at Taylors Eye Witness don’t want you to get blisters while preparing your culinary or floral masterpiece. They have caringly added a soft rim into each handle to aid you in your work. So you can snip for longer without your hand fatiguing. These scissors were designed for someone with a love of cooking, but equally would be perfect for someone who doesn’t want to cook and needs to get into his/her ready meal in a hurry!
