The Bosch AVZ 93 G sanding plate is suitable for sanding wood, pipes, profiles, paint, varnishes, filler, and metal.
The sanding plate uses a hook and loop system. Simply peel off the old sheet and attach a new one.
This sanding plate is compatible with Bosch Starlock, Starlock Plus, Starlock Max power tools and common multi-tools. It uses the OIS (oscillating interface system).
The diameter is 9.3 cm.
Remove any sanding residue with a brush or a cloth. Ensure the hook and loop surface is clear of debris.
Use hook and loop sanding sheets designed for delta sanders.
The delta shape allows the sander to reach corners and other tight spaces that are difficult to access with other sanders.
Check if the hook & loop surface is damaged or worn. Replace the sanding plate if necessary, or ensure that you are using the correct hook & loop sanding sheets.
Check the grit of the sanding sheet and select the appropriate grit for the material and task. Also, ensure that the sanding sheet is not clogged with debris. Replace if necessary.
Use appropriate pressure; excessive pressure can cause premature wear. Ensure the plate is compatible with the material you are sanding and consider the correct sanding sheet type.
