FAQs
Does this light come with a bulb?
No, the light requires a 1 x 60W max E27 bulb, which must be purchased separately.
Can I install this on a sloped ceiling?
The ceiling rose is standard; while it can be hung from a sloped ceiling, the cable will hang vertically, which may look unusual depending on the pitch.
What is the maximum drop of the light?
The pendant can be adjusted to a maximum drop of 140cm.
Is the wood-effect cap real wood?
The cap is designed with a decorative wood effect to provide a consistent look and durability.
Is this light suitable for bathroom use?
This light does not have a high IP rating and is not suitable for bathrooms or damp environments.
Is the white cable replaceable?
The cable is integrated into the fixture's design and should not be replaced without professional electrical guidance.
Troubleshooting
The light flickers when dimmed
Ensure you are using a bulb specifically rated as 'dimmable' and that your wall dimmer switch is compatible with LED loads.
The pendant hangs unevenly
Adjust the internal cable grip mechanism within the ceiling rose to ensure the weight is balanced and the cable is straight.
The bulb does not fit or turn on
Confirm the bulb is an E27 base type and check that the contact point inside the socket is clean and fully engaged.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, ensure the power is switched off at the mains. As this is a Class 2 (double-insulated) fitting, it does not require an earth connection, but always verify your existing ceiling wiring. The fixture uses an E27 (ES) screw-in base; ensure you select a bulb that does not exceed 60W.
For ongoing care, gently wipe the glossy white shade with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth to prevent scratching. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can dull the high-gloss finish or damage the wood-effect cap. Regularly check the mounting hardware to ensure the suspension cable remains secure over time.
