FAQs
Will this fit other Korum chairs?
No, this kit is specifically designed for the Korum S23 Accessory Chair series.
Can I leave the arm rests on when folding the chair?
Yes, the design allows the arm rests to be raised, but you should check that they do not obstruct the folding mechanism of your specific chair model.
Are the sleeves removable?
The sleeves are designed to be durable and stay in place, but they can generally be wiped down easily while attached.
What tools do I need for installation?
You will need a basic set of tools (typically a screwdriver or hex key) corresponding to the supplied bolts.
Do the arm rests get slippery when wet?
The material is designed to be waterproof rather than slick, providing a stable surface for your arms even in rain.
Troubleshooting
Arm rest feels loose or wobbly
Check the mounting bolts and tighten them securely with the appropriate tool.
Arm rest is difficult to raise
Ensure the hinge mechanism is free of debris or grit; a light silicone spray may help if the movement is stiff.
Pros and Cons

- Waterproof sleeves prevent water absorption
- Retrospective fit keeps your existing S23 chair relevant
- Adjustable mechanism allows for quick repositioning
Cons
- Not compatible with other chair brands or older Korum models
- Adds extra weight to the chair frame
- Requires a screwdriver or hex key for initial setup
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install the kit, locate the pre-drilled fixing holes on the side of your Korum S23 Accessory Chair. Align the arm rest brackets with these holes and secure them firmly using the bolts included in the kit. Ensure the bolts are tightened periodically to maintain stability. To care for the arm rests, simply wipe the waterproof sleeves with a damp cloth after each session to remove mud or bait residue. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents, as these may compromise the waterproof coating.
