Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Simply remove the caps from the desired marker tips. For initial use, you may need to scribble gently on a scrap piece of paper to activate the ink flow.
Compatibility: These markers are generally compatible with most paper types, but perform best on thicker marker paper or cardstock designed to minimize bleed-through. They are suitable for use on paper, card, and other porous art surfaces. Not recommended for use on fabric or glossy surfaces.
Care:
- Cap Tightly: Always replace the caps securely after each use to prevent the tips from drying out.
- Storage: Store the markers horizontally or upright with the fine tip down to ensure even ink distribution. Keep them in the provided transparent box away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cleaning: If ink accidentally gets on surfaces, wipe immediately with a damp cloth. For the markers themselves, avoid using water; if the casing is smudged, a dry or very slightly damp cloth can be used gently.
