Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your leather blazer remains in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Storage: Always use a wide, padded hanger to prevent the shoulders from losing their shape. Avoid storing in plastic bags, as leather needs to breathe.
- Cleaning: Do not machine wash or dry clean at a standard facility. Take the jacket to a specialist leather cleaner if it becomes soiled.
- Moisture: If the jacket gets wet, let it air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the leather to crack.
- Conditioning: Use a leather-specific conditioner annually to keep the hide supple and prevent drying or fading.
