Full details

The Living & Home Multi-Surface Upright Vacuum Cleaner is an ideal solution for homeowners requiring consistent suction power for large floor areas, ranging from plush carpets to hard surfaces. Featuring a 400W motor and a generous 2.6L capacity, it handles heavy-duty cleaning tasks with minimal downtime for emptying. While its corded design provides unlimited runtime, it does require proximity to power outlets and may feel heavier to maneuver than compact cordless alternatives.

FAQs

Can this vacuum be used on hardwood floors?

Yes, use the lowest height adjustment setting to ensure the best seal and suction performance on hard surfaces.

How often should I wash the filters?

Filters should be checked regularly and washed whenever there is a noticeable decline in suction or visible buildup of dust.

Does this vacuum come with a warranty?

Please check your included purchase documentation or contact the retailer, as warranty terms may vary by region and supplier.

Is the handle removable?

Yes, the handle is detachable, allowing you to connect the hose and various tools for above-floor cleaning.

How long is the power cord?

The unit features a 9-meter power cord, providing a wide cleaning radius.

Is the dust bin easy to clean?

The bin uses a one-touch release mechanism that allows you to empty the contents directly into a trash bin without touching the debris.

Troubleshooting

Vacuum loses suction power

Check the dust bin for fullness, clear any blockages in the stretchable hose, and wash the filters if they appear dirty.

Brush roll is not rotating

Inspect the floor head for tangled hair or debris and verify that the height adjustment is set correctly for your floor type.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Consistent, non-fading suction power thanks to the corded design
Large dust bin capacity reduces maintenance interruptions
Adjustable height settings accommodate multiple floor types
Includes a specialized pet turbo brush for stubborn hair removal
Washable filters offer long-term cost savings

Cons

Corded operation limits movement compared to cordless models
Heavier unit weight may be harder to carry up stairs
Must manage the cord during use to prevent tangling

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is straightforward, requiring the attachment of the handle and selected tools. To maintain suction performance, inspect the hose and floor head intake for blockages regularly. The washable filter should be rinsed under cold water when suction power begins to decrease; allow the filter to air dry completely for 24 hours before reinserting it into the unit. When not in use, ensure the cord is neatly wound around the integrated cord hooks to prevent kinking or damage to the internal wiring.
