Measure the circumference of your head about an inch above your eyebrows and ears. Refer to the size chart: S (52-56cm), M (56-58cm), L (58-61cm).

While it offers protection, its design is optimized for aerodynamic efficiency in time trials and triathlons. For general road cycling with a focus on ventilation and broader visibility, a dedicated road helmet might be more suitable.

It is recommended to hand wash the pads after particularly sweaty rides or when they show signs of odor. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.

The helmet meets CE and AS/NZS safety certifications, ensuring it complies with international safety standards.

The MET Dual Fumè Shield is integrated into the helmet design. While not designed for frequent removal, it can be detached for cleaning purposes following manufacturer guidelines.

The weight varies by size: S is 335g, M is 370g, and L is 395g.
